Added encrypted profile storage.

New profile string config option .passphrase. Can contain valid weechat
 expressions such as references to secure data storage, e.g.
 "${sec.data.}", or the environment "${env:*}". Uses
 libtoxencryptsave.so for full interoperability with other clients.
