WallPyPer - is small utility, work via 
[foo-Wallpaper-Feh-Gif ](https://github.com/thomas10-10/foo-Wallpaper-Feh-Gif) and [feh](https://github.com/derf/feh).

WallPyPer can work with images and gifs.
